STATE FAIR BOOTH STATE FAIR BOOTH STATE FAIR BOOTH STATE FAIR BOOTH
OGRC must begin gearing up for the State Fair Booth now to insure that the books and pamphlets, backdrop, tables and chairs and MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL the committed men and women of Ohio's Gay/Lesbian community are all there and ready as the 1979 booth opens at 9am August 14th, 1979. Your donation or time or money to the booth is needed NOW. OGRC has received funds from Gay Alliance of Columbus, COGC/Columbus, Pro/Toledo as well as some individual donations and pledges from two Cleveland organizations...but we're still in need of about $50 or $100 to pay for the booth itself and additional funds to buy books to sell and pamphlets from the National Gay Task Force, MCC & Dignity to distribute. No donation is too small! Remember, this is our chance to meet with and educate Ohioans about our lifestyles and concerns on a scale that won't be matched anywhere in Ohio this year! Donations may be sent to OGRC's post office box and men or women who wish to volunteer to staff the booth can call Jay at (614)-262-7547 or any of OGRC's Board Members (see phone numbers in previous newsletter).
